Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Malaysia is seeking a Board Hospitality & Operations Executive to manage administrative tasks and support senior management during meal services. Candidates should possess a degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience. We’re Hiring: Board Hospitality & Operations Executive

Salary: Up to RM3,500 (based on work experience)

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Minimum a Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Candidate with demonstrable administrative experience (3+ years) combined with previous professional experience in high‑end catering and/or hotel service are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Certification in Food Safety/Hygiene is a strong advantage.
  • Have around 2-3 years’ experience proven experience in an administrative support role, office management, or a similar capacity.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks for the department while providing meticulous, attentive support for all board and senior management committee level meal services.
  • Organize, source and place orders for all board‑level and senior management committee meetings, including breakfasts, luncheons, and afternoon tea/coffee breaks.
  • Manage all meal logistics, including arranging food delivery, ensuring timely service, and meticulously setting up and plating food and beverages in the dining room/foyer.
