What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Minimum a Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Candidate with demonstrable administrative experience (3+ years) combined with previous professional experience in high-end catering and/or hotel service are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Certification in Food Safety/ Hygiene is a strong advantage.
- Have around 2-3 years’ experience proven experience in an administrative support role, office management, or a similar capacity.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the department while providing meticulous, attentive support for all board and senior management committee level meal services.
- Organize, source and place orders for all board-level and senior management committee meetings, including breakfasts, luncheons, and afternoon tea/coffee breaks.
- Manage all meal logistics, including arranging food delivery, ensuring timely service, and meticulously setting up and plating food and beverages in the dining room/foyer.
