Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced BIM Modeler, who will provide drafting and modeling support for everyone in the office. This position requires proficiency in Autodesk software, specifically Revit and AutoCAD. Candidates must have at least two years of experience providing BIM execution oversight, model management, and model QC in M&E service, specifically in ACMV services.

Daily Duties/Tasks

• Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling and design support.
• Coordinate and manage Revit models.
• Create Revit families and CAD blocks.
• Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
• Use checklists set up for quality control on each project and submit work according to deadlines.
• Provide an accurate accounting of time spent on projects with descriptions for each time entry weekly.
• Complete printing and plotting requests.
• Observe professional ethics.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Architecture / BIM or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) would be an advantage.
• 2 years of Revit & AutoCAD drafting experience.
• Understanding of MEP/AC Systems.
• Knowledge of, and proven practical background in, Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modeling software.
• Solid understanding of legacy CAD applications and practices, particularly AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Design Visualization applications such as Autodesk 360 (Cloud Rendering), 3D Studio Max, and Navisworks.
