About the Company

Your future employer is a company that has primary involvement in design and construction management of fast-track industrial projects within Malaysia. They are currently seeking experienced BIM talent to join their team to work on a newly acquired semiconductor project.

About the Job

• Manage the end-to-end BIM implementation process.
• Oversee technical documentation and drawing coordination for tender submissions.
• Develop high-quality 3D models and supporting documents on schedule.
• Coordinate with management to meet project-specific BIM requirements.
• Enforce and maintain the project’s BIM Execution Plan.
• Monitor model health and workflows to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate technical requirements effectively with all external project partners and authorities.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of working experience related to BIM
• Junior applicants at 1-3 years experience are encouraged to apply
• High proficiency in Revit and Autocad
• Bachelor Degree
