Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Regional Customer Success Specialist to provide critical administrative and operational support to our regional Customer Success (CS) team. This role ensures seamless daily operations, drives process efficiency, and enhances client satisfaction through meticulous documentation, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while contributing to the team’s success in maintaining high‑quality client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the regional Customer Success team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining operational documentation, including submitting Change Requests to clients.
  • Review and submit monthly service reports to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Address any billing‑related issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the regional CS team on BAU operation matters.
  • Assist in coordinating and communicating tasks within the team and with external parties to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
Core Requirements
  • Possessing bachelor's degree in business admin/ accounting/ finance or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Good proficiency in both written/reading in English, Mandarin (Chinese documents).
  • Opportunity to learn and exposure to DayOne's regional offices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels and external partners.
  • Proficiency in common office software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Problem‑solving ability and strong self‑motivation, with the capacity to work under pressure.
