Job summary

A reputable engineering firm in Malaysia is seeking a Mechanical Design & Fabrication Engineer who is proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, along with strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. The role involves managing project execution, conducting quality audits, and preparing technical documentation. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and the ability to work independently. This position offers opportunities for travel, particularly between Malaysia and China.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in an industrial/manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Good technical understanding of mechanical design.
• Experience in quality checks of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project execution including design review and quality audits.
• Manage vendor evaluation and oversee project costing.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical reports.
