Qualifications

• Basic theoretical knowledge of Solar Inverter is advantageous.

Job description

Job Descriptions

Fresh graduate who is going to graduate in year 2026 or has graduated in year 2025.

Manage the bidding of complex projects of the digital energy company, assist the PD in developing bidding strategies, and manage project progress and risks.

Lead each functional module (solution, service delivery, commercial & legal, and finance) of the project team to analyze customer requirements and develop solutions and ensure that the overall solution meets customer requirements and is competitive, profitable, and deliverable.

Manage the proposal development progress and quality of each functional module and ensure that high-quality proposals are developed and submitted on time.

Manage the clarification and negotiation after the bid is submitted until the bid is won and the contract is signed.

Participate in requirement analysis, business planning, solution design, acceptance, and promotion of bidding processes and tools, improve user experience of processes and tools, and promote wide application of processes and tools to improve bidding efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy or other comparable degree;

Knowledge of electric power and applications of electric power, including but not limited to, utilities, renewable generation, and energy storage.

Basic theoretical knowledge of Solar Inverter with Energy Industry is an advantage.

Good communication and collaboration skills, ability to travel internationally and adapt to diverse working environment.
