Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in BI data analytics or data science
• Strong proficiency in SQL data modeling and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
• Experience leading BI teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset, communication skills and structured problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with performance metrics, user lifecycle analysis or revenue models is preferred
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin; Mandarin-speaking candidates will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
