Job summary

A global beauty company is seeking a Beauty Advisor to promote and recommend beauty products in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, utilizing virtual platforms for sales, and ensuring the brand image is upheld. A Makeup Certificate is required for Makeup Artist positions. Candidates must be flexible with shifts and maintain a professional appearance.

Promote the use of our products: Actively promote and recommend the use of beauty products to customers.

Demonstrate the use of our products: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.

Demonstrate virtual services and selling skills: Utilize virtual platforms to engage customers and drive sales.

Achieve sales and other targets set by the Retail/Counter Manager: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Provide excellent, professional, and personalized service to customers: Offer personalized beauty advice and assistance to enhance customer experience and increase brand loyalty.

Maintain the highest standard of Brand image: Ensure the brand's image is upheld through professional appearance and behavior.

Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers, follow up on purchases, and maintain customer database for future engagement.

Maintenance and upkeeping of work environment: Keep the work area clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Personal grooming: Adhere to the brand's grooming and uniform guidelines to maintain a professional appearance.

Undertake all administrative duties assigned by Retail/Counter Manager: Assist with administrative tasks such as stock management, sales reporting, and customer inquiries.

Maintain accurate stock records: Keep track of inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and report any discrepancies to the Retail/Counter Manager.

Requirement

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Possess with Makeup Certificate (Makeup Artist Position only)

Able to communicate effectively and excellent customer service skill

Social Selling Skills. i.e.: Social Posting, Virtual Consultation, Live Streaming

Flexible to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays, and be able to work long hours when required.
