Job summary

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Drink Preparation
    Prepare beverages according to standard recipes (coffee, tea, specialty drinks, smoothies, bubble tea if applicable).
    Operate espresso machine, blender, shaker, and other beverage equipment.
    Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
  • 2. Customer Service
    Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
    Recommend drinks and answer customer inquiries.
    Handle customer feedback professionally and politely.
  • 3. Cashier & Transaction Handling
    Operate POS system for orders and payments.
    Handle cash, e-wallet, QR payments, etc.
    Issue receipts and ensure accuracy in daily sales.
  • 4. Store Upkeep & Cleanliness
    Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter, equipment, and dining area.
    Wash utensils and sanitize working stations regularly.
    Follow hygiene and safety standards (food handling, glove usage, proper storage).
  • 5. Inventory & Stock Management
    Refill ingredients (coffee beans, milk, toppings, syrups).
    Monitor stock levels and report low inventory.
    Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
  • 6. Teamwork & Operations
    Support team members during peak hours.
    Follow company SOPs, checklists, and service standards.
    Assist in opening/closing procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM (or equivalent).
