Job summary

A local beverage company in Seremban is seeking a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks while ensuring high quality of service. The role involves interacting with customers, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness. Ideal candidates should have a Secondary School/SPM certificate, good command of English and B.Melayu, and be willing to learn. Training will be provided for those without prior experience. Own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.
• Non-barista experience candidates are welcome as training is provided.

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages according to recipe and presentation standard
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment
• Responsible for stock arrangement
• Greet and connect with every customer
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers
• Receive and process customer payments
• Ensure high quality of service

Qualifications & Experience

• Good command of both written and spoken English and B.Melayu
