RM 2000 - RM 3000

• Create world class experience for customers (E.g. providing prompt service, menu recommendations)
• Provide high quality beverages & products (GREAT COFFEE is a must!)
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation regulations in the outlet.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM level of education.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills
• Coffee lover with strong passion in brewing, coffee and beverages (Trainings will be provided with certifications!)
• Friendly, Positive attitude, Self-Disciplined and Willing to learn
• Comfortable to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
• Good punctuality and attendance.
