Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Secondary School education in any field
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Energetic, eager to learn, and adaptable to new knowledge
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Own transport and willing to travel if required
- Able to start immediately or with short notice is an added advantage
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Committed to long-term employment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- No barista experience needed – full training will be provided
Responsibilities

- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by recognising alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer‑first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discover and respond to customer needs.
- Follow LUCKIN COFFEE MALAYSIA operational SOPs to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
