We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of Barista in our thriving coffee establishment. As the leader of our barista team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the coffee service, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Head Barista or similar role in a high-volume coffee environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Understanding of inventory management and cost control.
  • Barista certification or relevant education is a plus.

Leadership and Team Management:

Customer Service:

Operational Efficiency:
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational procedures and policies.
