Job Description

This positionsupervise all phases of banqueting food production. Carry full responsibility for food quality and service from all food producing areas. This should be accomplished through proper training and direction of all Departmental Assistants who operate in compliancewith company standards of quality, portion control, recipes, associate relation and sanitation as outlined by Policies.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Primary school education
  • Additional certification(s) from a reputable Culinary school will be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
