The successful candidate will provide professional advice to customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage inquiries and complaints. You are required to have a degree in any discipline and possess strong networking and communication skills. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, and knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum a diploma or degree in any field.
• Minimum STPM or SPM (must obtain credit in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin and Mathematics).

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Bancassurance products to customers.
• Provide professional advice based on customer needs.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to regional targets.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints diligently.
• Ensure compliance with CIMB Bank's policies and procedures.
