What You Will Be Responsible For

• Design, implement, and optimize the architecture of the company's core business systems, focusing on delivering high-performance, resilient, and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate on project requirement gathering and tech stack evaluation, produce clean code and comprehensive documentation, and work with business teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Track technology development trends, introduce new technologies and methods, and promote technological innovation and system evolution.
• Closely collaborate with product, design, and testing teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

How You Will Stand Out

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, computer‑related major, more than 3 years of software development experience.
• Proficient in Java core technology, familiar with common design patterns, and have good object‑oriented programming (OOP) ideas and code design capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and other frameworks, and have experience in microservice architecture design and practice.
• Strong skills in database design and performance tuning, proficient in relational databases such as MySQL, and familiar with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Excellent problem analysis and problem‑solving skills. Resolving critical system issues (e.g., debugging, root cause analysis).
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills, high accountability, and the ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
