Job summary

A technology solutions company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated sales professional to lead the charge in generating new leads and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing. Responsibilities include conducting virtual presentations, maintaining CRM data, and identifying upselling opportunities. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, are required for this role.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in inside sales, business development or growth-focused roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.

  • Ability to interpret and act on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through inbound inquiries and outbound outreach.
  • Conduct virtual calls and presentations tailored to prospect needs.
  • Track performance metrics including conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
