Job summary

A leading aviation engineering firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced individual to assist the PPC Lead Engineer in managing aircraft maintenance checks. This role requires a CAAM Part 66 or EASA license holder with over 5 years of experience in aviation MRO. Responsibilities include planning maintenance checks, coordinating manpower, and ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards. Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with AMOS and Airbus Maintenance Manual.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with new generation commercial aircraft, preferably A320/A330 family.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation MRO processes and quality control standards according to Part 145 regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist PPC Lead Engineer Operation in managing aircraft check package review.
• Plan and implement Process Improvements within the Review and Job Preparation Section.
• Coordinate with internal departments and CAMO for resource readiness.
