Qualifications

  • 5–7 years automotive quality experience, including 2+ years supervisory/managerial.
  • Hands-on experience with CMM, calipers, micrometers & gauges.
  • Proficient in English, Malay & Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality teams and implement quality strategies aligned with plant goals.
  • Oversee quality procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Act as main contact for OEM customers and manage complaints.
  • Lead APQP, PPAP, validation & quality approvals.
  • Oversee supplier evaluation and drive supplier improvements.
  • Lead internal and external audits.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and lead improvement projects.
