We are seeking an Automotive Parts Assistant to join our dynamic team at AUTOFIN ASSOCIATES (JOHORE) SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru District, Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our automotive parts operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the processing and fulfillment of customer orders for automotive parts
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming automotive parts and components
  • Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate product information is available
  • Assist in the preparation and packaging of customer orders for timely delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries about product availability and order status
  • Participate in regular stock-taking and inventory management activities
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient parts distribution
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in an automotive parts or similar retail/distribution environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment
  • Familiarity with automotive parts and components, including part numbers and specifications
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
