About you:

We are seeking a talented QA Engineer with a robust background in quality assurance and a comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies. This role is centered on bolstering automation and testing efforts for our mobile app, developed with React Native, and providing occasional support in testing the web application.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of innovative mobile and web applications, directly impacting the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Develop and maintain a balanced test suite (unit, integration, UI) and automated scripts integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers to enhance automation strategies, adopt best practices, and align with agile processes.
• Conduct proactive test planning, execution, bug tracking, and root cause analysis to ensure product quality.
• Support both automated and manual testing while staying updated on emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Solid QA background with expertise in methodologies, tools, and processes; skilled in test planning and execution.
• Experienced in developing and maintaining automated tests, applying the testing pyramid for efficient coverage.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and commitment to quality within agile, fast-paced environments.
• Continuous learner with excellent communication and collaboration skills, passionate about emerging testing frameworks and technologies.

Advantageous Skills:

• Familiarity with React Native and mobile app testing environments.
• Experience with or interest in testing frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript for writing automated tests.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and experience integrating testing within these pipelines.
