Perform system simulation, installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain technical documentation: manuals, drawings, 3D models, training guides, preventive maintenance plans, and troubleshooting materials.

Collaborate with production, maintenance, and IT to ensure system compatibility and efficiency.

Continuously evaluate and improve automation system performance.

Train technicians and end-users on proper use and maintenance of automation systems.

Stay current with automation technology trends and recommend relevant improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering field.

• Hands-on experience in automation, controls, or system integration.

• Proficient in programming languages/software related to automation (e.g., PLC, Python, C++).

• Familiar with CAD tools for system design and documentation.

• Good analytical, documentation, and project coordination skills.

• Able to communicate in Chinese (oral and written) to support communication with China suppliers and technical documents, where required.

• Experience with industrial robotics, vision systems, AMRs and automation system.

• Understanding of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing concepts.

• Exposure to manufacturing automation environments.

• Familiarity with safety standards and risk assessments for automated equipment.
