Job summary

A design studio in Southeast Asia is looking for a Junior/Senior Executive in Architectural Drafting in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will carry out CAD works, ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Management System, and prepare various technical drawings including tender and construction documents. Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM (Revit) is essential, as well as fluency in Mandarin to communicate with clients. The role requires working independently under tight deadlines. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Architectural drafting required.
• Experience in high-rise building drawing is preferred.
• Must be committed and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Carry out CAD works and drawing production according to office standards.
• Implement the Company's Quality Management System.
• Prepare tender drawing along with all relevant technical issues.

Job description

To carry out CAD works and drawing production work according to standards and guidelines of the office

Must possess knowledge and experience in Architectural drafting

Understand and implement the Company’s Quality Management System and ensure that the works are carried out in conformance with the standards

Experience in the use of BIM / Revit (advantage)

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Degree/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent.

Preferable with 1-year working experience in a similar capacity but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Required Skill(s): Conversant with the use of AutoCAD or BIM (REVIT)

Good Command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Preferably Junior Executive / Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Experience in high-rise building drawing, preliminary conceptual drawing, Construction Drawing, Prepares Tender Drawing & all relevant technical issues.

Must be committed and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and milestones.

Must possess own car
