Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Visual Supervisor to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As the Audio Visual Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of audio‑visual operations, ensuring seamless execution of events, and leading a team of technicians.

• Manage and coordinate audio‑visual services for various events, including conferences, presentations, and corporate meetings
• Supervise and mentor a team of audio‑visual technicians, providing guidance and training as needed
• Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio‑visual equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event requirements and deliver high‑quality audio‑visual solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for audio‑visual operations
• Manage inventory, maintenance schedules, and equipment upgrades
• Create and oversee budgets for audio‑visual projects and equipment purchases
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest audio‑visual technologies and industry trends
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications
