A vehicle assembly company based in Kulim is looking for an individual to implement and support in-house systems and business applications, including SAP ERP. The successful candidate will define application requirements, troubleshoot issues, and prepare training materials for users. Job description

• Implement & support to ensure the effective and timely resolution of all in house system and business application such as SAP ERP.
• Work with project managers and users to define application requirements, locate viable solution alternatives, implement, test, and support the selected solution.
• Convert system requirement into software architecture and design documentation.
• To assist user with problem resolution and escalate appropriately.
• To prepare training and users materials for training purposes.
• Work with group DT or DXC on any required modification or workaround solution & data conversion.
• Document solutions to problems regarding standard applications and record them in the DT knowledge base and ensure proper filling.
• Provide and maintain written documentation of business application procedures.
• Troubleshoot & support level 1 whenever there is any issue elevate to level 2.
• Adhere to all company’s regulations and policy from time to time.
• Take responsibility for project meetings with several departments and support the culture of cross team working.
• Communicate effectively within the team, with other teams and across the authority
• Report on such performance, management, and operational information as requested by Immediate Superior or HOD.

About us

Inokom is involved in the assembly and manufacturing of light commercial vehicles as well as contract assembly. Its manufacturing facility is located in Padang Meha, Kulim, occupying 200 acres of freehold land. Production first commenced in August 1997.
