Job Descriptions:
  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of various insolvency engagements such as liquidations, and receiverships.
  • Attend to statutory and compliance procedures for insolvency engagements.
  • Assist seniors/managers in insolvency engagements.
  • Assist seniors/managers in investigative work for assets recovery.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, creditors, lawyers, and other advisors.
  • Draft reports, correspondences, and other deliverables to clients and other parties such as financial institutions and authorities.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess a Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
  • Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with a strong grasp of economic indicators.
  • Fresh graduates and those with less than 1 year of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • A dedicated, resourceful, analytical and results-orientated team player.
  • Able to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail and enjoy solving problems.
  • Able to interpret and analyse financial statements.
  • Computer literate, well-versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other day-to-day office applications.
