Job Purpose

Assist in the day-to-day production shop floor management, resource management, automation and equipment performance, WIP management, PM management, activity coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making remotely as part of a business process outsourcing team. Handle overall manufacturing support functions including changeroom and materials logistics and post-fab operations.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Assist in meeting daily targets and overall operation goals such as cycle time, throughput, prototype success, and shipment plans.
  • Handle overall Fab centralized test wafer management including preparation, recycling, re-route/downgrade via online SiView MEs in both offline and EIM + auto delivery execution mode.
  • Operate all test wafer recycling and FOUP (Carrier) cleaning tools, perform routine 1st level PM and setup.
  • Overall reticle management (exception for specific individual selected).
  • WIP and tool management including WIP balancing, held and queue lots management, equipment PM, capacity, and constraint management.
  • Work closely with manufacturing engineers and production control in defining shop floor real-time dispatch rules and continuous improvements.
  • Assist manufacturing engineers in monitoring and managing EIM, auto delivery, and RTD status and performance, working closely with CIM, AMHS, and MFG systems.
  • Assist manufacturing engineers in continuously updating MFG standard operation procedures.
  • Assist manufacturing engineers in handling coordination work/activities after Fabout step including Etest, internal sort, and OQA
  • Assist manufacturing engineers in report preparation.
Education

Education: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Microelectronics/Chemical Process Technology

Experience

Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in semiconductor industry. Preferably in wafer fab environment.
