Job description
Impact Management
  • Lead the development and governance of theory of change, logic models, and impact frameworks across programs.
  • Design and maintain impact measurement systems, including indicators, tools, and pre-/post-assessment mechanisms.
  • Ensure data quality, documentation standards, and consistency in impact management practices.
  • Align impact frameworks with relevant national and international development references where applicable.
  • Provide technical guidance to program teams on impact design, measurement, and data interpretation.
Resource Development
  • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of learning frameworks and training modules.
  • Manage budgets, personnel, and other resources to support research and learning initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Provide oversight of research projects, monitoring progress, resolving challenges, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure all learning resources are pedagogically sound, audience‑specific, and consistently delivered across programs.
  • Plan and implement regular reviews and updates of modules and learning materials.
  • Oversee the development of facilitator guides, participant materials, toolkits, and related learning resources.
  • Serve as Lead Trainer, delivering Training‑of‑Trainers and selected capacity‑building sessions, while maintaining a structured repository of modules, trainers, experts, and resources.
Research
  • Lead and coordinate research initiatives, including desk research, policy reviews, and program‑relevant studies.
  • Ensure programs are supported by relevant evidence and research insights.
  • Produce research outputs such as briefs, internal papers, or knowledge products as required.
  • Support program teams in identifying research needs to strengthen program design and outcomes.
Strategic Partnership
  • Build, document, and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research bodies, and learning partners aligned with organizational goals.
  • Leverage partnerships to strengthen learning content, research quality, impact credibility, and program outcomes.
  • Provide strategic input to proposals and funding applications, particularly on impact, research, and learning components.
E‑Learning (Content Management & Governance)
  • Lead governance of the organization’s e‑learning platforms, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with learning standards.
  • Oversee learning content structure, module uploads, updates, and the design of clear learning pathways.
  • Analyze platform data (enrollment, completion, user behavior) to inform continuous improvement of content and learning experience.
