A property management company is seeking an administrator to assist in preparing documents and managing filing systems. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in administration, preferably in property management or tenancy administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills are essential. Responsibilities include document preparation, filing, and compiling agreements for internal signatories and tenants.
Assist in preparing related documents based on approved templates.
Ensure proper filing in physical files and/or e-filing system.
Follow up with internal signatories for signing and return of agreements to ensure timely completion.
Perform document scanning and uploading in e-filing system.
Compile agreements and/or documents for tenants, landlords and internal signatory.
Assist in preparing simple reports and documents related to tenancy administration.
Other ad-hoc assignments.
