Responsibilities

• Arrange and ensure packing materials meet the schedule.
• Ensure packed products are hygienically texturized.
• Check correct lot numbers on cartons.
• Monitor packed product weights hourly.
• Ensure proper attire compliance among packers.
• Minimize waste such as oils and cartons.
• Monitor process control parameters for packing lines.
• Ensure oil texture meets specifications.
• Complete related worksheets and logbooks.
• Follow operations as per SOP.

Assistant Supervisor - Texturization Plant

1. To arrange and ensure the right quantity and markings of the packing mateials are met with the packing schedule from the head of the packing plant.

2. To ensure that the packed products are texturised perfectly in an hygienic condition.

3. Check from time to time that the correct lot numbers are stamped on the cartons.

4. Cross-checking and monitoring the packed products weightd hourly

5. Ensure all packers are wearing the proper attires provided and comply with the HACCP requirements.

6. All waste ie oils, cartons and PE bags are to the very minimum.

7. To monitor and control daily process control parameters for the Packing Lines to ensure operated at optimum condition.

8. To ensure the texture of the oil according to the specifications

9. To fill up and complete the related worksheet and logbook with verified figure.

10. To ensure the operations are followed thoroughly as per stated in SOP.

11.To ensure packaging material in good condition such as carton formed properly, plastic inserted properly and no oil stains on carton.

12.To attend to any troubleshooting and any abnormalities in the production lines.

13.To ensure the setting of machine in the packing lines accurate and in good condition

14.To ensure CCP such as metal detector and polishing filter in good condition

15.To work closely with GNA Plant Operator if there is any quality problem of the product.

16.To ensure cleanliness and housekeeping in the clean room area

17.Ensure work carried out are in acceptable engineering quality and comply with ISO9001, HACCP, FSCC and OSHAS.

18.Required to perform any others additional duties the employer may assign to you or related to issuance of letter of appointment by the Management.

19.Required to attend and perform duties following working hours and location as decided by Management.

Job Requirement
