Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations in the plastic manufacturing division.
  • Plan and coordinate training sessions for production team improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor workflow and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules.
  • Evaluate production stations to ensure efficiency.
  • Act as key communicator between operators, technicians, and management.
  • Oversee the availability of raw materials and tools.

Requirement
  • Knowledge and practical experience with plastic manufacturing processes and equipment (e.g., injection molding, extrusion, recycling).
  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or supervisory roles, preferably in plastics or related industry.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to lead and motivate production staff to meet daily and monthly targets.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of production equipment and processes in plastic manufacturing.
Responsibility
  • Supervise daily operations in the plastic manufacturing division to ensure KPI and production output are achieved.
  • Plan and coordinate training sessions or manuals to improve the skills of the production team.
  • Enforce compliance with company safety guidelines and quality standards within the production floor.
  • Monitor workflow, prioritize tasks, and allocate manpower to meet production schedules.
  • Evaluate each production station (injection, molding, packaging, etc.) to ensure machines and processes run at maximum efficiency.
  • Act as the key communicator between operators, technicians, and management to ensure policies and procedures are well understood.
  • Oversee the availability of raw plastic materials, tools, and resources for smooth operations.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and assignments from the superior as required.
