Job Description
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop retail sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Plan campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations to increase foot traffic and sales.
  • Analyze store performance and implement improvements where needed.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate retail sales teams to achieve sales KPIs.
  • Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews to ensure high standards.
3. Field Presence & Customer Engagement
  • Regularly visit showrooms to monitor staff performance, customer experience, and store operations.
  • Handle escalated customer enquiries and key accounts at retail locations.
  • Support product demos, VIP visits, and experiential sales initiatives.
4. Reporting & Market Analysis
  • Track and report sales performance, conversion rates, and retail KPIs.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust retail strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Must possess at least Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a sales team.
  • Hands‑on, proactive, results‑driven ("sales fighter" mindset).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor sales KPIs and store performance.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
