Job Description
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop retail sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth.
- Plan campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations to increase foot traffic and sales.
- Analyze store performance and implement improvements where needed.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate retail sales teams to achieve sales KPIs.
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews to ensure high standards.
3. Field Presence & Customer Engagement
- Regularly visit showrooms to monitor staff performance, customer experience, and store operations.
- Handle escalated customer enquiries and key accounts at retail locations.
- Support product demos, VIP visits, and experiential sales initiatives.
4. Reporting & Market Analysis
- Track and report sales performance, conversion rates, and retail KPIs.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust retail strategies.
Job Requirements
- Must possess at least Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Experience leading and mentoring a sales team.
- Hands‑on, proactive, results‑driven ("sales fighter" mindset).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor sales KPIs and store performance.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
