Responsibilities

• Carry out all sales activities in order to achieve sales targets including cross-sell targets of all assigned products.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide a high standard of service quality at all times.
• Handle customer enquiries diligently and efficiently.
• Identify, solicit and maintain current and new customer and referral base.
• Network, build and enhance relationships with current and potential customers.
• Comply strictly with CIMB bank’s policies, including all compliance procedures and guidelines.
• Submit quality and non-fraudulent loans by performing initial credit screening.
