Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the dental industry, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a sales-driven environment. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our dental products to clinics, dentists, and dental labs while learning from senior sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers, covering dentists in private segment, government segment, government hospital and dental universities.
• Present and promote Mani Inc dental products portfolio.
• Assist in lead generation, cold calling, and scheduling product demos.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with dental professionals.
• Provide product information, training, and support to clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on orders, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Learn about dental products, technologies, and treatment procedures.
• Attend training sessions, trade shows, and industry events to stay updated.
• Work closely with senior sales representatives and technical experts to enhance product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order processing.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales reports and participate in team meetings & strategy discussions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary package: RM 3,000 - RM 5,000, depending on experience.
• Yearly bonus: fixed 1-month bonus.
• Commission: paid on a quarterly basis.
• Working location: candidate will work at MANI Medical; the employer is M FOCUS, but the candidate's seat in the office and duties will be assigned by MANI Medical.
