  • Liaise closely with solicitors on the preparation and execution of Sales & Purchase Agreements and related legal documentation.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions to secure end-financing options and loan facilities for buyers.
  • Develop and execute effective sales promotions and packages to support the achievement of overall group sales targets.
