• In the event of defective products, you must promptly report the issue to the client and explain the situation clearly.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding new projects, production status, defects, and other inquiries.

• Business trip to Penang or JB once in 2 months max for 2-3 days.
• There are no specific sales targets or for acquiring new customers.
