Overview

Key Responsibilities

2. Team Support & Coordination
- Support the Sales Manager in leading, guiding, and motivating the sales team to achieve their KPIs.
- Coordinate training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Handle escalations, resolve customer issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations when required.
4. Sales Operations
- Oversee quotation preparation, order processing, and sales documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports such as forecasts, sales pipelines, and monthly sales summaries.
- Monitor stock levels, product availability, and coordinate with logistics teams.
5. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to support sales decisions.
- Recommend improvements in pricing, product offerings, and promotional activities based on market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or senior executive role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
