Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to management.

2. Team Support & Coordination
  • Support the Sales Manager in leading, guiding, and motivating the sales team to achieve their KPIs.
  • Coordinate training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure smooth communication between sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
3. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Handle escalations, resolve customer issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations when required.
4. Sales Operations
  • Oversee quotation preparation, order processing, and sales documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports such as forecasts, sales pipelines, and monthly sales summaries.
  • Monitor stock levels, product availability, and coordinate with logistics teams.
5. Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to support sales decisions.
  • Recommend improvements in pricing, product offerings, and promotional activities based on market trends.
Requirements
