Job description

The Assistant Sales Executive supports the Sales & Marketing team in promoting property projects, handling customer inquiries, supporting sales activities and managing essential documentation. This position is based in Sg. Buloh.

Responsiblities
  • Attend to walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email and digital enquiries,
  • Provide accurate information on project features, pricing, promotion and financing options,
  • Assist in scheduling and conducting property tours, showroom visits and virtual presentations,
  • Follow up with leads consistently to drive sales conversion,
  • Organise and manage the sales gallery and make sure all brochures and materials are accurate and available,
  • Liaise with project site teams on sales related and post sales matters,
  • Ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing or related fields,
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, customer service or administrative support,
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply,
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills,
  • Computer literate and knowledge of digital marketing tools/platforms,
  • Pleasant personality, proactive and willing to work on weekends and or public holidays (off-days provided),
  • Valid driving license and own transport and added advantage.
