• Experience in construction / plumbing / M&E works is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check BOQ, cost estimates, and tender pricing.
• Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Assist in cost control and material quantity tracking.
• Coordinate with project and site teams on costing matters.
• Backup role: Backup Drafting Support.
• Assist in AutoCAD drawings when required (backup support only).
• Amend shop drawings / as-built drawings based on site mark-ups.
• Support submission drawings during peak periods.
