Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in quantity surveying or related discipline.
• Matured with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently under pressure.
• Able to travel outstation if necessary.
• Possess high level of integrity, pleasant personality, strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Measurement, taking off and preparation of bills of quantities.
• Preparation of tender documents and contract documents.
• Assist in tender evaluation, interview and award process.
• Attend site, client & consultant meetings.
• Evaluate & carry out cost benefit analysis.
• Attend site valuation and prepare valuation certification.
• Assist in the preparation of variation orders.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly cost to complete reports.
• Responsible for both pre and post contract phases of the project.
• Verification of project costing documents.
• Advising superiors on contract details.
• Handling multiple projects.
