What Your Daily Work Looks Like
  • Support project managers in coordinating and managing project activities
  • Break down work into actionable and measurable tasks with the help of project managers
  • Schedule and assign tasks to internal teams and closely monitor their progress to ensure timely completion
  • Proactively escalating and updating project managers when deviations arise during projects
  • Assist project managers in analyzing and assessing risks and opportunities
  • Arrange, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Coordinate with clients to plan upcoming tasks, clarify requirements, and align expectations
  • Serve as the main point of contact and effectively communicate project status to all participants, ensuring timely and adequate responses
  • Maintain project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are up-to-date, properly filed, and stored appropriately
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in IT/Technology
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or related disciplines
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and advancements
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese (knowledge of Mandarin is a plus) in both written and spoken forms
