Job description

Responsible for overseeing the architectural design, planning, coordinating and managing the project at different phases of the works.

Assist the project head or act as the project head to lead the project team.

Ensures that projects are completed on time and according to all applicable regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent to LAM Part 2 Architect Qualification, or equivalent.
• At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field.
• Experienced in healthcare projects will be an advantage.
• A team player with good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Software skills: AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Fresh graduates with good working and learning attitude are encouraged to apply too.
