Job summary

A local architectural firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified architect to oversee project management, design planning, and coordination. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree related to architecture and have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably with healthcare projects. Candidates are expected to have a good command of communication skills, be team players, and should be able to work independently. This role is ideal for both experienced professionals and fresh graduates with a positive attitude.

Responsible for overseeing the architectural design, planning, coordinating and managing the project at different phases of the works.

Assist the project head or act as the project head to lead the project team.

Ensures that projects are completed on time and according to all applicable regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent to LAM Part 2 Architect Qualification, or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Experienced in healthcare projects will be an advantage.

A team player with good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Software skills: AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
