Job Description

Reporting directly to the Director, the primary role for the Production Manager will be the successful establishment of the operation process and rules for a new factory.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Build up a complete operation process and rules for a new factory.
• Get involved directly with the actual manufacturing process.
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures, maintenance programs, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Take a lead role in continuously improving the effectiveness of manufacturing operations, with a focus on cost optimization and efficiency.
• Ensure all processing equipment and machinery are well‑maintained and in optimal operating condition.
• Oversee and manage the procurement, usage, and storage of consumables and supplies for production, warehouse, and equipment.
• Be accountable for safety activities within the manufacturing environment, implementing and maintaining safety protocols.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in the manufacturing sector, with a preference for candidates experienced in the home appliance industry.
• Ability to recruit, lead, motivate, and maintain effective control over a team of factory workers.
• Possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Required language(s): EN, CN (Traditional Chinese), BM.
