Job description

1. Assist the Production Supervisor in planning and scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly production. 协助车间主任进行每日、每周及每月的生产计划安排。

2. Monitor production line output, efficiency, and targets; prepare daily and monthly reports. 监控生产线产量、效率及目标完成情况，并准备日常及月度报告。

3. Analyze production issues and collaborate with supervisors to implement solutions. 分析生产问题，并与主管协作制定解决方案。

4. Support quality management and ensure production meets standards. 协助质量管理，确保生产符合标准要求。

5. Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production departments. 执行并遵循生产部门标准作业程序（SOP）。

6. Assist in personnel management, workflow organization, and training of new employees. 协助人员管理，组织工作流程，并培训新员工。

7. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment; support 5S activities. 维护安全、整洁、高效的工作环境，支持5S管理。

8. Provide production data, performance analysis, and reporting to management. 提供生产数据、绩效分析及管理报告。

9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. 参与持续改进及流程优化工作。
