Qualifications

• Able to perform back-paper declarations when required.
• Capable of submitting appointing agent letters to Customs JHB.
• Ability to handle unexpected issues related to orders, shipments, or customer concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform multiple runs to and from the Customs Office to submit and collect customs forms.
• Ensure accurate counting and tracking of all forms taken out for customs assessment.
• Verify that all forms are duly assessed by the customs officer on duty.
• Be physically present during customs assessment and respond confidently if queried by Customs.
• Return all completed and assessed forms to the office without fail.
• Act as a dedicated runner between the Customs Office and KLN Logistics based on form availability.
• Assist with any physical examination requested by Customs.
