Are you ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Join our team as an Order Fulfillment & Inventory Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with Sales, Production, and other internal teams, as well as external partners and suppliers, to make sure every order is processed accurately and on time.

Drive the order fulfillment process – from order entry and invoicing to tracking shipments and managing shipping procedures.

Allocate inventory smartly to meet customer demand and maintain service excellence.

Keep inventory data accurate and up-to-date, ensuring smooth operations at all times.

Manage inbound and outbound stock transfers and reporting with precision and timeliness.

Maintain optimal inventory levels to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing costs.

Coordinate with internal teams for product testing, returns, exchanges, and replacement of faulty products.

Reconcile cycle counts and resolve discrepancies with material handling associates.

Build strong relationships through clear, open, and interactive communication.

Take on additional tasks such as handling inbound shipments and performing quality checks on devices.
