Overview

XH Supply Chain (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd – Kuala Selangor, Selangor

Key Language Requirement

We are looking for a Mandarin‑speaking candidate who will respond to Mandarin‑speaking teams.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute full‑process on‑site operations, including daily warehouse inspection, compliance monitoring, issue resolution, and inventory accuracy checks.
  • Manage on‑site staff and provide immediate guidance: pre‑shift task allocation, in‑shift operational coaching, corrective actions, and on‑the‑spot training for new or unskilled workers.
  • Safeguard on‑site safety and maintain 5S standards through daily inspections, hazard elimination, and layout optimisation.
  • Collect and analyse real‑time operational data, compile daily operation reports, and coordinate exception resolution with IT, procurement and other departments.
  • Deliver customer service and maintenance: interface with regional client stores, resolve warehousing and delivery complaints, and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel with PivotTable and VLOOKUP, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken); Indonesian is an advantage.
  • Honest, outgoing, highly responsible, and capable of adapting quickly to a dynamic environment.
