  • Utilize sales data, market trends, consumer insights, and brand analysis to design and oversee effective marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners for successful implementation.
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive marketing communications plan that integrates both online and offline approaches, managing timelines, budget allocations, and strategic objectives to achieve business goals.
  • Drive improvements in branding and communication strategies, enhancing media spend efficiency to increase campaign impact and value.
  • Serve as the primary content specialist, taking ownership of message development, managing art direction briefs, copywriting, media planning, and ad optimization.
  • Tailor brand materials across all platforms to ensure they resonate with the audience.
  • Manage and maintain brand assets, coordinating updates and communications across proprietary channels.
  • Design and execute a digital content strategy that aligns with the brand’s identity, leveraging a content calendar and optimizing budget use for targeted ads.
  • Apply media planning skills and ad optimization techniques to enhance digital presence and engagement.
  • Compile and present a monthly analysis of market performance and communication outcomes.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team, including task delegation, performance guidance, and collaboration to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
